Etching Update....

In one of these posts I think I talked about making a dozen or so etched copper plates.  Final count.....I made 43 plates.  I used copper in gauges ranges from 26-20. Why??....because I had the copper and decided to use them all to see which I like the best for making jewelry and for making textures plates.

Now it's time to play with the etched plates.

I writting down instructions as I go so one of these days I will have a tutorial.

Would love to see your well thought out tutorial. I've done some etching with mixed results but have not used it to imprint metal clay.
Thanks,
Judy

Gail, you go girl...your etchings look great! They inspire me to want to get out the copper sheet and chemicals and get to work! But I'm elbow deep in projects that need to be finished so I'll have to put copper etching on the back burner for now. There's just never enough time to do everything I want to do...I need another hundred years!
